Over/Under Runs: We print all orders as exact quantity at no additional charge.
Custom Shape/Color and Non-Stock Products: For custom orders, please send a request to sales@factoryexpressline.com. Please include the quantity you are looking for, in hands date and an image of what you are looking for if available.
Establishing Credit: All orders for first time accounts will be required to provide prepayment. A complete credit application with trade reference is necessary for accounts wishing to establish terms. Until terms are established, accounts will be required to prepay.

MANAGING YOUR ARTWORK
Artwork E-Mail: You may submit your digital art files to artwork@factoryexpressline.com. Please be sure to include your P.O. number in the subject line. Art files need to be provided in .eps, .ai or vector .pdf.
Imprint Size: We will size your artwork to the imprint area of the product ordered, unless otherwise requested. Due to the orientation of some designs, your artwork may be resized and smaller than the imprint area.
Typesetting: $10.00(V) for typesetting, one typesetting charge per order. Normal setup charge(s) apply.
Vector Artwork: Art needs to be provided in .ai, .eps or PDF. For optimal imprinting results and design integrity, submit your fonts converted to outlines or paths (vector curves).
ADDITIONAL IMPRINT CHARGES
PMS Imprint Colors: $20 (V) per color, per order. Due to variances in product colors and surfaces, an exact PMS color match cannot be guaranteed; however, we strive to create the closest equivalent possible.
An email confirmation of your order is provided within 1 business day of submitting your order. If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 business day, please email sales@factoryexpressline.com or call us at 866 218 0972.
A proof is sent on every imprinted order within 1 business day, except for repeat orders which do not require proof approval. It is our company policy to create a proof for each order. Approval of your proof is required before we schedule production and ship dates. Delayed art approval may also delay production.
